At Aquagenr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or repair. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.
Return Conditions
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used electronics or accessories (for hygiene, safety, or technical reasons)
- Repair services that have already been completed and confirmed as functional
Return Process
1. Contact Us
Before returning an item, email support@Aquagenr.shop or call +44 7936 383611 within 14 days. Please include:
- Your order or repair number
- Reason for return
2. Receive Return Instructions
We’ll provide you with:
- Return shipping address
- A return authorization (if needed)
- Packaging instructions
Do not send items back without confirmation. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
- You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been initiated
Return Shipping & Fees
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a mistake in your order
Please note:
- We do not reimburse return shipping charges
- Customs duties and processing fees are non-refundable
- Bank or card service fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
